Terms & Conditions
Your watch is protected by international warranty for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all material, mechanical and manufacturing defects during this period. The warranty is only valid if the retailer has completed the warranty card with date of purchase, reference number, retailer’s name, address and phone number OR if you register the warranty online. If you register your warranty online, you will receive a third year of coverage.
This warranty does not cover:
- The life of the battery
- Normal wear and tear and aging such as scratches or color and material alterations
- Any damage resulting from lack of care or negligence or failure to observe the directions provided
- Fire damage or natural disaster
- Water filtration owing to failure to properly screw down the crown
- Any work or modification performed on the watch by unauthorized persons
To claim your warranty please send the product, postage paid, with a copy of your sales receipt to our service centre.
The customer will not be charged for parts or labor for any valid warranty claims.
In the case of replacement, Optimo cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch or equal or similar value will be provided.
